ACCC Conference 2013 was a vibrant affair with delegates from all over Ireland responding with enthusiasm to a panel of topical speakers. The Programme content proved to be right-up-to-date covering such topical issues as the local property tax and local government reform. Highlights included an early morning visit by Minister for the Environment Phil Hogan, TD, and later a
high-tempo presentation by GAA All-Star Pat Spillane who chairs the Committee for the Economic Development of Rural Areas. The Conference was held in the Tower Hotel, Waterford - right in the heart of the city's Viking Triangle.
